Cass worked within the g3 magazine editorial team at a time when it was the UK’s leading free magazine for queer women, and it received the Stonewall Publication of the Year Award. More recently, they were the editor of The End Times magazine, featuring trans drag queens, for Norfolk & Norwich festival. Casper currently edits the sex worker media platform Red Insight, managing the English written content and contributors.

Casper has conducted global consultancy work for NSWP, to create two community guides on sex worker expertise and advocacy. Cass holds an MA in Journalism, and they have completed independent research on queer and trans sex work experiences (for the International Journal of Gender, Sexuality & Law) which they presented at a recent symposium. They also give media training and lectures to improve media coverage of sex work, for organisations and universities.
Cass was a consultant artist for Disability Consultancy for Creative Change (DC4CC), a disability-led research project that aims to improve the landscape for deaf and disabled professionals working in the arts.
